(Journaling) The Coolidge Carousel is a two-level carousel, built in 1895 at the Dentlzer factory in PA. The carousel ended up in Atlanta, and by the 1960’s had been broken down and placed in storage. Bud Ellis bought the carousel and brought it home to Chattanooga, where he spent the next ten years restoring it to it’s original glory. June, 2010
